“A native of Mexico City, Omar Calderon has lived in the USA for 23 years. He obtained his International Business Management education in Mexico, USA, Finland, and Spain. He worked 16 years in the oil industry with PEMEX, Global Industries, Amec Foster Wheeler, and TechnipFMC in Houston. He has also worked in Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, and Nigeria. Omar has a heart for people, cultures, and the nations. As a “missionary in the business world,” he always sought to bring the gospel into the lives of his coworkers and everybody he did business with around the world. His passion is to see Christian business men and women set free and empowered to live out God’s call.”

“He and his wife Joanna have four boys. They are members of Houston’s First Baptist Church, where they teach a married adults’ class.

Following God’s call, Omar Calderon left the oil industry in February 2018 to become a full-time minister to men in corporate America where God has used him to help men receive the freedom and abundant life Jesus has for each one of them (John 10:10).
